We have over 25 years of banking and corporate financing experience. Our clients have come from a variety of industries and have sought funding for start-ups, expansions, acquisitions and capital restructuring. The majority of our clients seek funding in the $1million to $30 million range. Most are private companies, some are publicly traded companies. We have even structured and facilitated joint ventures with several Fortune 500 companies. We work with each client individually to carefully structure the appropriate financing solution for them and place it with the best source of funding. Whether it is a commercial real estate mortgage, business financing, project financing, an increase in working capital or a leveraged acquisition, we understand your funding need and we understand the underwriting criteria of lenders. We have the experience and knowledge to structure funding that is attractive for both our clients as well as our lenders/investors. We have long-term personal working relationships with funding sources from across the U.S. which include commercial mortgage lenders, investment banks, insurance companies, commercial banks and private equity groups with a wide variety of financing products. We are approved loan packagers for SBA and USDA B&I loans and can also arrange loans through the various HUD financing programs. In some situations, we have had to engineer a financing solution such as arranging a group of banks to participate in providing a single credit facility or incorporating capital from an economic development entity to fulfill the funding needs of our clients. Our goal is always to structure and arrange financing solutions that successfully meet our client's needs. OUR MANAGEMENT

Clay Meadows is the founder and president of CAM Capital CO. LLC. He has over 25 years of banking and corporate financing experience. A 1980 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, he has sat on the board of numerous economic development and non-profit groups and has been a speaker at various bank financing conferences. He has been featured in a cover story of a Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas publication. He has served as the Director of Regional Development for the North East Texas Economic Development District, the Ark-Tex Regional Development Company and was a founding member of the Northeast Texas Economic Developers Roundtable. Clay has a diverse financial advisory experience and a reputation of structuring successful financing. He has also held a Texas Real Estate Brokers license since 1981.
