We are approved loan packagers
for SBA and USDA B&I loans and can also arrange loans through the various HUD financing programs. In some situations,

OUR MANAGEMENT Clay Meadows is the founder and president of CAM Capital CO. LLC. He has over
25 years of banking and corporate financing experience. A 1980 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, he has
sat on the board of numerous economic development and non-profit groups and has been a speaker at various bank financing
conferences. He has been featured in a cover story of a Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas publication. He has served as
the Director of Regional Development for the North East Texas Economic Development District, the Ark-Tex Regional Development
Company and was a founding member of the Northeast Texas Economic Developers Roundtable. Clay has a diverse financial advisory
experience and a reputation of structuring successful financing. He has also held a Texas Real Estate Brokers license
since 1981.
